Girly treat: white chocolate and raspberry layer cake.
for the cake you need: 120 g white chocolate, 25 cl almond cream, 100 g softened butter, 150g caster sugar, 225 g flour ( mix of rice and plain flour) 3 eggs, baking powder and 450 g fresh raspberries.
Melt your cream and your chocolate together ( microwave oven). Mix it well and keep it for later.
Beat the sugar and the butter together until they whiten and become fluffy. Add then the eggs, sift your flour little by little, some baking powder and top with your chocolate cream.
Divide your dough into two moulds and bake them for 25 mn /180 °
Leave them to cool on a grid.
Mix your berries in a purée. Once cooled, spread your purée on top of a cake and cover with the other one.
The icing: mix 150g cream cheese with whipped cream ( 20 cl cream + 40 g icing sugar) and spread it over your gâteau!
