Desire is my name: Panna cotta for the lovers
bring 1 pint of almond milk to the boil and add 25 g of sugar. Allow the gelatin to bloom in a bowl of cold water then add it to the milk. (agar-agar does it just fine!)
Flavour your panna cotta
twist of citrusy organic bergamot. (zests or/ and essential oil) , allow it to cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours and serve with grapefruit on top.
Amazingly tangy and sour but with a final sweetness in mouth.
