125g butter, 90 g brown sugar, 3 tbsp golden syrup, 1 beaten egg then 370 g sifted flour, a pinch of sea salt, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp allspices. put the dough in your fridge for half an hour then roll it and cut nice pieces. 10 mn 180 degrees.
150 g salted butter, 50 g sugar, the juice of 1 lemon, its zest and peels of preserved lemons , 50 g almond powder . mix and put for over 1 hour to the fridge. 10 mn 180 degrees.
spread some meringue on top: 1 tbsp egg white, icing sugar ( until the texture seems to be fine) and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Let it dry overnight.
In some mason jars that you will decorate with rough thread and sprigs of rosemary, you can invent some dry preparations for your guests or hosts…
spicy chai Latte tea:
mix: 4 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp cardamom, 1 tbsp cloves, 1 tsp vanilla. 2/3 cup brown sugar. add a couple of teabags in your jar. tadddah.
recipe to join: + 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup water, 1 bag of black tea + 2 1/2 tsp chai mix. Bring evrything to the boil. Strain mixture and enjoy.
2 cups rolled oats, 100g almond flakes, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp cinnamon ,a pinch of salt. Mix. Bake on a roasting tin 120 degrees 20-25 mn. stir every 5 mn, and add in the end some coconut flakes and dried cranberries.
Put in a jar. Enjoy!

100g sugar fourth layer
more chocolate chips to top with.
