Craving for the Kale’s craze!
Midday healthy mix:
Kale salad: soften the kale’s leaves , cut into thin pieces and let it smoothe into olive oil and lemon juice. Add some cubed avocado or pomegranate according to your taste with a squash of lime juice or fresh grapefruit juice. Sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts or walnuts on top of that.
Bake 1cm thick butternut or pumpkin slices and roast them with olive oil, whole garlic cloves, fresh thyme or rosemary and homemade gomasio ( roasted sesame seeds, sea salt and herbs).
Serve with a hot toasted sandwich made with a spread of French Pistou, spinach, avocado and mozzarella.
In addition, for the greedy ones, I made a chickpeas, white carrots, chopped parsley, organic spelt and brown rice mix.
