Plum and Hazelnut Pie for the sweet tooth…
Make your own pastry using 125 g plain flour and 125g rice flour, mix it well with 125g cold salted butter, cubed ( you can use a cup of olive oil if you’re on a no cow milk diet), 1 egg and the zest of 1 lemon. (Add a splash of cold water to finish with)
Sprinkle your dough with hazelnut powder.Spread over halved plums and top with figs as well. Drizzle on some raspberry homemade syrup…Time to get baking for 30 mn -180 degrees in your oven.
Delicious autumnal treat.
